## 1. Ownership

All intellectual, moral and economic rights in this work — including source code,
visual design, original artwork, interactive simulators, instructional design,
texts, unit and lesson structure, and Teacher Mode tooling — are owned
exclusively by **Ustatha Doaa Al-Jarwani**.

The underlying curriculum is the property of the Ministry of Education, Sultanate
of Oman, and is not covered by this licence.

## 2. Permitted Educational Use

The following are permitted free of charge and without prior written request:

1. Use of the platform in schools and classrooms in the Sultanate of Oman for
   teaching and learning.
2. Installation and operation on school, teacher or pupil devices for study.
3. Demonstration in lessons and in non-commercial educational workshops.
4. Offline operation from a lawfully obtained copy.
5. Citation and reference in educational research and reports, with attribution.

## 3. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited without the owner's express prior written
permission:

1. **Redistribution** in any form: publishing, uploading to other sites, stores
   or platforms, public sharing, or distribution on storage media.
2. **Sale, rental, barter** or any direct or indirect commercial exploitation,
   including bundling into a paid product or service.
3. **Modification**, derivation, rewriting, translation, decompilation or reverse
   engineering, followed by **republication** in any form.
4. **Removing, obscuring or altering** copyright notices, the author's name, or
   any ownership attribution present in the interface, metadata or project files.
5. **Attributing** the work to another person or entity, or implying such.
6. Using the work to train artificial-intelligence models, or automated
   extraction of its content for republication.
7. Any abusive, unlawful or non-educational use.

## 4. Attribution Requirement

Wherever the work is referenced or displayed, the following notice must be kept
intact:

## 5. Disclaimer and Warranty

The work is provided **"AS IS"**, without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from defects, or
continuity of operation. The owner accepts no liability for any direct or
indirect damage arising from use or inability to use the work.

## 6. Termination

This licence terminates automatically and immediately upon any breach of its
terms. Upon termination all use must cease and all copies must be destroyed,
without prejudice to the owner's right to pursue legal remedies.

## 7. Governing Law

This licence is governed by the copyright and neighbouring-rights legislation in
force in the **Sultanate of Oman**, whose courts have jurisdiction over any
dispute arising from it.

## 8. Contact and Permissions

For any permission beyond the educational use allowed in clause 2 — such as
redistribution, modification, use outside the Sultanate of Oman, or any
commercial use — prior written approval from the owner is required.
